PRAISE CHORUSES
PRAISE IN THE TEMPLE
CHORUS
When there's a praise in the temple and a praise in the house
You can usher in the Spirit and remove the devil out
God will open up a window and a blessing He'll pour out
When there's a praise in the temple and a praise in the house
BRIDGE
It's service time, it's service time
Enter into the gates with thanksgiving and a praise on your mind
It's service time, it's service time
Get up outta that seat
Stand up on your feet
Let's clap to the beat, it's service time
SOLO
You won't leave like you came in Jesus name
There's a blessing in this house that you can claim
All you have to do is speak it, it's in your name
You won't leave like you came in Jesus name
You won't leave like you came in Jesus name
There's a blessing waiting on you, you can claim
It's predestined and ordained, it's in your name
You wont' leave like you came in Jesus name

SOMETHING ABOUT THE NAME JESUS
There is something about the name Jesus
Something about the name Jesus.
It is the sweetest name I know
Oh how I love the name Jesus, Oh how I love the name Jesus
It is the sweetest name I know.
Some people say I'm crazy but, I can't explain
the power that I feel when I call your name
said it's just like fire shut-up in my bones.
The holy ghost is moving and just won't leave me alone.
Said it's sweeter than honey from a honeycomb.
I can feel the holy ghost moving and it won't leave me alone
At the name of Jesus every knee has got to bow
so you don't have to wait till the fire comes you can call on him shout praise him do it right now.
SINCE I MET JESUS
Since I met Jesus, Jesus
There's a burning, Oh such a burning, deep down within.
It holds me with an unseen power
And it keeps me free from all sin.
Don't you know that It change, changes me from day to day,
As I walk, I walk along, this narrow way.
And ever since I met Jesus, Yes and since He blessed this old soul of mine.
It makes me want to run on, shouting Hallelujah right to the end.
Since I met Jesus,
I've been toiling, yes in the sunshine, sometimes the rain
But the service that I am giving,
will not be given in vain.
Don't you know that My God, He fixed it so,
It was a long, long time ago
That to heaven, you know, I would surely go
And ever since I met Jesus, Yes and since He blessed this old soul of mine.
It makes me want to run on, shouting Hallelujah right to the end.
His yoke is easy (his yoke is easy, his yoke is easy)
His burdens are light (burdens are light, burdens are light)
But if I just walk (walk where he leads me)
Where he leads me (walk where he leads me)
Then I'll always (always be right) Always be right (always be right)
So I'll just cherish (cherish the race)
Cherish this old race (cherish the race)
Everyday of my life (running with haste)
I'm running with haste (running with haste)
And by God's grace (and by his grace) I
I believe I will (I know I'll make it)
I'll make it home someday (I'll make it home someday)
WE'RE BLESSED
Blessed! Blessed! Blessed! Blessed!
Since thou has walked uprightly as a light in a dark land
Since thou has placed in thine heart all the Lord's commands
He set thee above nations and cast thy enemies away
He's standing up within thee, so let me hear you say
We're blessed in the city
We're blessed in the field
We're blessed when we come and when we go
We cast down every stronghold
Sickness and poverty must cease
For the devil is defeated - we are blessed!
Thou believest in God only and put no confidence in man
Everything that does concern thee, you placed it in His hand
Though a host rise up against thee to try and spoil the day
They'll march in one road to harm thee, but they'll flee seven ways
Late in the midnight hour, God's gonna turn it around
It's gonna work in your favor
Late in the midnight hour, God's gonna turn it around
And around, and around, and around, and around

GUEST PREACHER
Rev. Jacqueline Blue
Jacqueline (jackie) Blue
Jacqueline Blue is a person who has held many titles, none more important than being a child of God.
With roots deeply planted in the soil of the south, Jackie traveled both near and far even as she remained attached to the ground that birthed her. Professionally, she served in the United States Army for over 22 years holding many demanding positions, ultimately retiring at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Out of uniform, she worked as a Human Resources and Training professional for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. Now, having returned to the federal government, she works for the Department of Education Federal Student Aid.
As a child born on the edge of desegregation, the one thing preached above all else was education. To that end, God often made a way out of no way for Jackie to obtain her educational goals. As of today, she has achieved:
- Bachelor of Science in Mathematics (1986) - Saint Augustine’s University, Raleigh, NC
- Masters of Arts in Computer Information Research Management (1997) - Webster University, St. Louis, MO

- Currently, Jackie is pursuing a Doctorate in Ministry at Gordon Conwell
As a minister of the Gospel, Rev. Blue remained faithful to the call upon her life, serving as she traveled. After months, Greater Framingham Community Church has resumed in-person worship services. Please note the following:
- Our order of service will remain as it has been for the past 15 months.
- Online worship will continue as it has been during COVID.
- Seating for everyone will be on the main floor at your own discretion.
- We will have seating for those who want to sit by families or sit in their own socially distance bubble. We will also have seating for those who wish to sit socially distant from others, and open seating.
- As you arrive, ushers will assist you in your seating preference.
- We ask that you wear a mask when you come to church. You are permitted to remove your mask if you desire when worshiping, but be mindful of others around you. If you have NOT been vaccinated or have not had a two-week period since the second vaccine shot that you not remove your mask at all.
- If you have NOT been vaccinated, we ask that you keep your mask on during the entirety of the service as well as when you enter and exit the building.
- As you enter the Narthex, you will have an opportunity to pick up the following items before coming into the sanctuary. Worship bulletin, extra mask, hand wipes, sanitizer and on First Sundays Communion elements.
- Also in the Narthex, there will be an offering stand for you to deposit your offering before entering or exiting the service.
- Restrooms are available. We ask that you limit the number of persons in the space at a time.
- The exiting of the sanctuary after service will be coordinated by the ushers. They will direct individuals row by row to avoid crowding during the exit process. We ask that you exit the sanctuary immediately and not linger in the building.
- On Sunday mornings, the church will be open for in-person Adult Christian Education classes. Classes are taught by Rev. Lackard and Minister Thompson, which will meet in the Fellowship Hall. A mask must be worn and social distance practices are required. On-line Sunday classes taught by Kathy Oliver Jones will continue to meet via Zoom.
We pray that the worship experience is enriching and that you will feel safe as we worship together U
